[Important Notes for Events & Tours / Terms and Conditions]

1. Changes to Schedule and Content
Due to store operating conditions and other circumstances, the event/tour content may be changed on short notice. If any changes occur, we will notify you as early as possible.

2. Lateness
If you arrive late for personal reasons, we cannot wait for you, as doing so may inconvenience other participants. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as transportation delays, please contact the emergency number immediately.
Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late on the day without notice, your booking will be cancelled.
In such cases, please refer to the “Cancellation Fees (Cancellation Policy)” below.

3. Meals and Allergies
If you have any allergies, please inform us in advance. However, please note that we may not be able to accommodate all allergies.

4. Etiquette and Rules
Please be considerate of other customers and follow all rules and etiquette during the event/tour.

5. Prohibition of Abusive Language, Sexual Harassment, and Solicitation
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, abusive language, sexual harassment, and any form of solicitation are strictly prohibited.
If such behavior is discovered, we will take appropriate action and may remove the participant from the event/tour. Any additional expenses or cancellation fees resulting from removal will be borne by the participant.

6. Scope of Responsibility (Disclaimer)
We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, or for any injuries sustained during the tour.

7. Intentional Damage or Injury
If you intentionally damage property or cause injury to others, we may charge you for any costs incurred.

8. Travel Insurance
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for unexpected situations such as sudden illness or injury. Please arrange any necessary insurance at your own expense.

9. Use of Tour/Event Content (No Copying or Reproduction)
You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, or republishing any part of the tour/event content (including materials provided or used during the tour). Unauthorized reproduction may be subject to penalties under applicable laws.

[Cancellation Fees (Cancellation Policy)]

If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel for personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• Up to 21 days before the reservation date: No cancellation fee

• 20 to 8 days before the reservation date: 30% of the fee

• 7 to 2 days before the reservation date: 50% of the fee

• From the day before the reservation date onward: 100% of the fee

If we are forced to cancel the event due to unavoidable circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters, we will notify you by 6:00 p.m. on the day before and issue a full refund of the participation fee.
